If you have forgotten your password or wish to get a new one, just enter your
email address (the one you use to sign in to Cal-OSHA Reporter), then decipher the
image and enter the 4-digit code in the image (to prove you are human). We will
send you an email with a link to change your password to something you
can easily remember.
