SAFE PRACTICES AND PERSONAL PROTECTION, PERSONAL SAFETY DEVICES AND SAFEGUARDS – HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION, EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(f)(2)(C) (2021) – Employer failed to implement emergency medical services in accordance with its written procedures. Employer was the controlling employer at a multi-employer worksite and was properly cited and responsible for the citation. However, Employer had no knowledge of the violation by its subcontractors.
